Decent buy for the money but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over maybe 5'7" or 5'8". I'm 5'10" and I kept catching my foot and whipping my toes and the cold outside + the plastic rope made it hurt *so bad*. I got hopeful when I remembered it was adjustable but to my disappointment it only lets you add maybe an inch on each side.
